LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED
The listings of maters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.~ Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
 

NEW BUSINESS:

  • A Notice of Intent was received from Howard Knipe for 66 Rhodes Road, Princeton, MA for the use of an existing 4 wheel cart path as a temporary foot path while new driveway is under construction, use outside 50 ft buffer zone as temporary holding area for loam.
  • A Request for Determination of Applicability was received from Terra Environmental for the Town of Princeton for a project located on Gregory Road from Mountain Road to Mirick Road .  The roadway is located just to the east of Wachusett Mountain State Reservation.  The roadway is narrow, have sharp horizontal curves and steep grades.

  • PCC received a Thank You from Janet Schoeny of PPC on behalf of the Kirks as well as the Confirmed Certificate of Compliance filing for DEP File #267-203.
OLD BUSINESS:
  • Discussion regarding an Enforcement Issue for Larry Todd, 270 Thompson Road, Princeton for work on a small farm pond.
  • . Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
CERTICICATE OF COMPLIANCE:
  • Request for a Certificate of Compliance was received from Aitkien Law Office for 18 Radford Road, Princeton, MA.  DEP File # 267-0359.
FOREST CUTTING PLANS:
  • From Joseph Lee, Chestnut Forestry Services, Inc. for approximately 53 cords from Mirick Road for Elizabeth Dow 69 Mirick Road, Princeton.
OTHER BUSINESS:
  • Commission Business, mail, procedures, etc.
  • The minutes from the August 20, 2013, September 17, 2013 and October  2013 meetings will be read and accepted.
The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for December 17, 2013.
